Sewa Bharti Delhi, our foundational belief is in Sewa (service) and the empowerment of every single individual. For decades, our Balwadi (early childhood education) program has been a cornerstone of this mission. It was our very first project, born in a humble centre in Jahangirpuri in 1979. These Balwadis have been more than just preschools; they are havens of learning, nutrition, and sanskaar (values) for thousands of children, giving them the crucial start they need.
Schools
Education is a vital societal tool, empowering citizens to understand rights and drive development. Sewa Bharti (Delhi) schools embody this mission, offering quality education (grades 6-12) with hostel facilities. Their objective is to provide comprehensive intellectual, physical, spiritual, and moral development to underprivileged children.
Tuition Centres
Sewa Bharti Delhi’s Tuition Centres offer free academic and moral support for students in Classes 6–12 across Delhi slums. We focus on concept-based learning, career guidance, and values to empower youth for higher education and responsible citizenship.
Coaching center
Sewa Bharti Delhi's Tuition Centres provide free, after-school academic and moral support for underprivileged children (Classes 1-5) in Delhi slums. Through activity-based learning and personal attention, we build confidence in these first-generation learners, shaping character and empowering their future.
Utkarsh
Project Utkarsh restores dignity to sex workers in Delhi's GB Road area through free, confidential healthcare from leading doctors. In collaboration with NMO, it also empowers women and children via community programs, education, and vocational training.
Digital Smart Class 6 to 9
Sewa Bharti's Digital Smart Class, in partnership with YFLO, bridges the digital gap by offering CBSE classes, skill training, career counseling, and yoga in Shakurpur. We foster academically strong, skilled, and responsible young learners.
Digital Literacy
Sewa Bharti is one of the largest Non-Governmental organizations (NGOs) working for the upliftment and empowerment of the neglected and underprivileged sections of society, particularly Empowerment of communities, Secure sustainable livelihoods, Promotion of micro-finance, Promotion of societal peace, Alternative energy option, Community based calamity preparedness, Promotion of people’s culture, Research and documentation since its inception in 1979 at Delhi.

Sewa Bharti, we believe that every child, regardless of their socio-economic background, deserves the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Education is not just a tool for learning; it is the most powerful catalyst for socio-economic transformation, especially for the weaker and most marginalized sections of our society.
